This Privacy Policy applies to the Quick Message - Instant Chat mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) developed by Shree Patel (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).

SEND_SMS / WRITE_SMS
This permission may be used to send SMS messages when you choose to use an SMS-related feature of the Application.

Important: SMS content should only be accessed or transmitted when necessary for a feature that the user has intentionally requested.
The Application does not sell SMS messages or SMS content to third parties.
3. Contacts Permission

Contacts access may be used to allow you to select or use a contact when using communication or messaging features of the Application.
The Application does not sell your contact information to third parties.
If contact information is processed by a third-party service, such processing will be subject to that service provider's applicable privacy policy.

The Application may request access to phone/device state information.
This permission may be used to identify the general state of the device or telephone functionality where required for the Application's features.
The Application does not use this permission to continuously track your location.

Time spent using the Application

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your SMS messages, contacts, or other personal information, or to provide AI-based features.

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information may be disclosed only in the following circumstances:
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider, users, or others.
To investigate fraud, security issues, or technical problems.
To trusted service providers who provide services on behalf of the Application and are contractually required to protect the information.

SMS messages and contacts accessed from your device are not retained by the Service Provider unless the Application's functionality specifically requires such storage.

14. Your Choices and Permissions

The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information.
